Flat roofs that shed the rain and stay watertight.
We replace and repair flat roofs using asphalt coating, EPDM rubber roofing and traditional felt. Flat roofs, asphalt-coated roofs most of all, tend to leak through poor maintenance, age and years of exposure to the weather. Left unnoticed, water gets into the decking, the insulation and the timbers beneath, and the rot that follows turns a small repair into an expensive one. Damp also brings health risks indoors.
We are happy to come out, survey the roof and give you a free estimate for all the work we recommend. If the deck is sound, a repair or recoat may be all it needs. If the covering has failed, we strip it back to the deck, put right any rotten boards, then lay the new covering and seal every edge, upstand and outlet.
Our photos show the work stage by stage: a rear flat roof stripped to the boards, then finished in new felt, and grey coverings dressed up the wall. Harvinder S. called us for a price on a new flat roof and wrote that after a couple of calls they went with us, were so happy, and recommended us to family and friends.
